ujarat Science City is being developed in tandem with the various plans of Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority. An outer ring road is on the anvil to enable visitors from other cities in Gujarat to easily access the Gujarat Science City. The Government is already in possession of 107 hectares of land. Further more 90 hectares of land is being acquired for future expansion of Science City & related projects.basic infrastructure facilities like internal roads, street roads, high mast lighting transformers, power, water, telecommunications have been created. A 36 metre wide road from Sola Over Bridge towards Science city along with street lighting has been constructed and made fully operational.. The Landuse of  @ 450 hectares of the land for areas around Gujarat Science City is to be goverened & decided by Gujarat Science City to ensure that the development in the area surrounding Science City is compatible with the character of Gujarat Science City.
