Is God Aware Of My Situation?

When you have prayed and fasted for weeks or months, and it seems or feels like there is no answer or response from God, it’s very much common to think that God doesn’t care or God is not aware of the challenges you’re facing, but is that true?

Is God Aware Of My Situation?

God is always aware of our situation, and you’re not too small for him to listen to. However, your situation may result from errors from your end that have kept you longer in that situation, or God is trying to teach you or prepare you for what is ahead.

To change your situation, you need to know what God is saying about your suffering and the changes you can effect, and this article will help you get all you need to know.

Understanding Why You’re In That Situation

I understand the pain you must have felt; being sick for so long, why you have been neglected for things you’re qualified for, why your relationships keep ending with no reasonable explanation, and why terrible things keep happening to you, but before we let you in on what God has to say about your situation, let us look at areas where you might be your problem.

Disobedience to God

God has a unique will and a path for everyone, but refusal to work according to this will and follow this path could prolong our problems.

You may unknowingly be at loggerheads with God’s direction for you, so how can you know what God wants you to do at every point? Through constant fellowship with him, this fellowship will make it easier for God to communicate with you and for you to listen.

1 Samuel 15:23 “For rebellion is as the sin of divination, And insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, He has also rejected you from being king.”

Pattern

A pattern can be explained as an event where you experience the same problems as your father/mother and parents before them–this is widely referred to as a foundational problem.

I spoke with a brother some time ago, and he was relating his fears to me; he said when males in their family get to 40 years of age, they suddenly either fall ill or get involved in an accident that claims their lives. Now, is your problem that of a pattern? This Bible verse below is for you.

Ephesians 2:19-22
Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

Foundational problems are not a cause to worry for you, as after receiving Jesus, he becomes your new foundation. Since you’re a citizen of Christ’s kingdom, things that happened to family members before you are not your potion. Now, this is your authority in Christ; begin to exercise it.

God Is Preparing you For The Better Days

When you’re faced with trials and temptations, what do you do? Complain or learn? Most times, God allows certain situations to befall you; he is trying to teach you something great, either to become more cautious, learn to handle money, learn to pay attention to small details in a relationship, or even for you to learn how to exercise faith.

When you fail to learn what God wants you to understand, you will keep moving in circles. Proverbs 4:10-13, 11 I instruct you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths. 12 When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble. 13 Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.

Still, God won’t let you face what is more than you(1 Corinthians 10:12-13), but you need to pay attention and change what God wants you to change, and you will experience instant change.

Is God Aware Of My Situation?

The troubled waters that make us feel like the whole world will come to an end are nothing to God. While your suffering may be caused by your actions, enemies, and God’s reproof, God is aware and wants to bring the nightmare to an end, but you need to work with him.

Ephesians 1:11 says “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:.”

God is aware of everything going on, and he wants you to exercise your authority in him; by troubling and reminding him of why he should bring you out from your struggles. Imagine if each time your son spoils his toys, and you keep fixing them for him, he will never learn how to fix them by himself. Still, if he brings it to you and you thus it into the bin, he will not want to lose his toy, then he will make attempts to fix it, and when he does, you acknowledge and congratulate him for passing that level in life.

You could pray and fast without exercising faith, which is why your faith may be tried. 1 Peter 1:7 “That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:.”

God is aware of what you are going through; fellowship with him, and he will reveal himself to you, but be willing to submit to his will.

What You Could Do To Experience A TurnAround

Reflect On Your Life

For God to intervene in your life and bring to an end your sorrows and struggles, you have to review your life; is there anything you’re doing that is going to annoy God and want him to chastise you, like blocking the progress of people around you, the inability to take corrections when you are wrong, constant display and expression of terrible characters that make people feel repulsive about you, and not expressing faith in God.

If, after you’ve reviewed your life, you can pinpoint things you are engaged in that could give the enemy edge to penetrate and cause turmoil in your life, then it’s time to make amends, and you will see how things will change for good.

Have Faith And Trust The Process

In times of persistent afflictions or trials and temptation, you need to have faith in God as he will deliver you. You also need to trust the process as God is trying to make out something extraordinary from you so that his name will be glorified in the end.

Ask For The Holy Spirit

To do anything properly in life, you need the holy spirit’s leading. When the Holy Spirit is present in your life, he will teach you the ways of God, and he will also direct you on what to do at every stage of your life in all situations; even when you forget, he will remind you(John 14:26).
